We stayed at the Basin last year & it was gorgeous! The staff was extremely friendly & the room was very clean & beautiful! We came back to ES a few weeks ago & didn't stay in the Basin but went in and asked if we could walk around & take pics...we are avid fans of haunted places :)...and even as non paying guests, the front desk staff was friendly & let us explore. We would def recommend the Basin to anyone! & hope to stay again in the future!

"The hot days of summer are here in the Ozarks, however, it didn't slow our family down a bit! We shopped, spent the day on Beaver Lake and enjoyed it all. The kids say they want to stay longer at your hotel but we have to get back to work. Next year we'll plan on a longer visit! Thank you all!"
