Lions and Tigers and… Movies, oh my!
The big cats. No, not Fluffy, your aunt's tabby that she has been overfeeding for eight years. We are talkin' really BIG CATS, like the kind you would see in the wilds of Africa or across the untamed West. Well don't grab your pith helmet or passport, just come to The 1905 Basin Park Hotel. During July, overnight in one of our Premium Rooms any Sunday thru Thursday night and we will give you two tickets to Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge, home to abandoned, abused or unwanted tigers, lions, leopards, cougars and more.
And once the sun has settled behind the ridges of The Ozarks, The Basin Park is breaking out their movie projector to show some of the new classics on our expansive mountainside sun- that has gone down- deck. We'll even provide the popcorn and a pool to splash in. So pack up the entire family and come to Eureka this Summer… and for goodness' sake, please remember to have someone feed Fluffy!
