We at the 1886 Crescent and 1905 Basin Park Hotels would like to thank you for your patronage in the past. The business brought to our establishments by motor coach and tour groups such as yours plays a valuable role in our continued success in the hospitality industry, which is also the life blood of our community.

Let us first say that we are aware that our policies in the past have not proven to be at a level which best suits your needs. As a result of your very important feedback and suggestions we have revised our policies and we are creating new services which we hope will be tailored to meeting the standard of excellence you expect. We will be implementing the following procedures to accomplish this as soon as possible:

  1. Comp driver and escort guest room when room count exceeds 15 paid rooms
  2. Comp driver and escort meals when count exceeds 30 paid meals
  3. Provide a welcome Reception and History talk for all tours upon arrival
  4. Implement staff training specifically geared toward services for motor coach and tour groups
  5. Create an Information Packet for coach/bus drivers which includes detailed directions to the hotels, parking and dump station information
  6. We have developed a per person, year round rate that includes room, taxes, baggage service and the War Eagle breakfast buffet
